This throwback video of Vin Diesel breakdancing is here to turn your week around

Vin Diesel is truly a man of many talents.

Before the 49-year-old action star was all fast and furious, he was just another breakdancing teen trying to make it big in New York City.

Footage of Vin - real name Mark Sinclair - doing his groove thing has been on YouTube since 2006, and it goes viral again every few months as people rediscover the joys of watching a curly haired, sweatband-wearing Vin wiggling and writhing.

"This was back in the '80s," the dad to Hania, 8, and Pauline, 1, told Live! with Kelly and Michael of the clip in 2014.

"Yeah, I used to breakdance in Columbus Circle. I used to breakdance at Washington Square Park. That was my first gig."
