The Other Guy bloopers are here and they're flat-out hysterical

Let's end the week on a high!

The official blooper reel and behind-the-scenes video for Stan's The Other Guy has been released, and it's laugh-out-loud hilarious.

The video doesn't reveal any unaired scenes or Season 1 secrets, but it does show a lot of Matt Okine (the show's creator and leading man) and his bare butt, plus co-star Harriet Dyer crying with laughter and yelling "d--- bag" after seeing him in the nude.

If nothing else, watch for Valene Kane tripping over a plant, and Harriet spitting out her tea mid-scene after realising with horror that it's far too hot.

The six-part comedy series (which is now streaming in its entirety on Stan) follows a Sydney radio host named AJ Amon.

It's based loosely on Matt's personal experiences after his real-life girlfriend of 10 years cheated on him with his best friend.

Ouch.

"Yes, there are elements of the show that have happened to me in my life, but it's not an autobiography," Matt told TheFIX in May.

"I think my character is a better version of me."

While the show has some pretty solemn elements, there's nothing serious about these bloopers.
