Australian Survivor: Pia Miranda reflects on being crowned sole survivor

Pia Miranda is reflecting on her time spent on Australian Survivor: Champions vs. Contenders and the trauma she lived through after watching herself back.

Pia, who was crowned sole survivor of Australian Survivor this year, opened up to 9Honey Celebrity at the AACTA Awards about her experience on the show.

"You kind of go through it twice. You go through all the trauma that you go through on the island then you go through it all again when it's all on TV. That's a whole different experience. So, it's like a double traumatic experience, but once you get through it it's pretty amazing," Pia told 9Honey Celebrity on the red carpet.

"One of the best things I've gotten out of it is that I'm really tough now."

Pia spilled on her thoughts on the first season of Australian Survivor: All Stars that is expected to makes its debut in early 2020.

"My boy Harry is on there… I can't wait," Pia said.

The Looking for Alibrandi actress revealed how she had a close relationship with Harry on the show that never made the final edit.

"I don't think they showed it on Australian Survivor, but Harry and I were super tight, we're having a holiday in January. I can't wait to see him… he's coming to visit me in Melbourne."

As for who she thinks will take out the crown, Pia almost dropped a major spoiler before eventually backtracking.

"I was about to say someone who hasn't been released yet! Oh my god," she added, with a laugh.
