Sophie Monk shows off her badass fight skills, mercilessly tackles sister to the ground

Do not mess with Sophie Monk.
The 36-year-old model shared an Instagram clip, flipping her sister Lucy off her feet in a playful backyard brawl.
"When your sister gets UFC'd to the ground #natediaz style," Sophie captioned the video and declared "I got you, I'm the winner!" as she straddled her helpless sibling in the clip.

Unfortunately for Sophie, Lucy had a bunch of children on hand to promptly attack their aunt in retaliation.
"She has an ARMY of kids," added Sophie. The culprits appear to be Lucy's children, plus those of older sister Angelique.
Sophie shared further backyard antics with her followers, kissing a fish and testing out lipstick with Lucy and Angelique.
