A 'super fan' pranked Sophie Monk and it was awkward and hilarious

Sophie Monk was the victim of a super awkward (but funny) prank on Thursday, when she filled in for Kyle Sandilands on the Kyle & Jackie O Show.

Her co-host, KIIS 1065's Jackie 'O' Henderson, and the show's exec producer, Sonia, left the studio during an ad break and organised for her new producer Ash to pretend to be a Sophie Monk super fan finally meeting her idol.

For ultimate mischief, Jackie fed lines to Ash through an ear piece, telling her exactly what to say to Sophie.

First, Ash shoved her mobile in front of Sophie's face to show her that she had the singer and Love Island host's image as her phone wallpaper.

Sophie, although a tiny bit startled, thought this was "really cute".

"I've been such a big fan since you were on Popstars with Bardot and I've got posters of you on my wall," Ash told Sophie, before asking for a selfie. Sophie happily obliged.

Then things got weird.

Ash told Sophie she had "really good boobs" and asked what size they were, later querying if Sophie "got a boob job". (The answer is no, by the way.)

She then quizzed Sophie on her reasons for breaking up with two of her more famous exes. "We were just really different people," answered Sophie, who was a little taken aback.

On a roll, Jackie had Ash ask Sophie about a sex scene she filmed for Entourage.

"Were you doing reverse cowgirl? That's what I want to do all the time. My favourite position," said Ash.

The uncomfortable conversation continued, before the show's exec producer, Sonia, returned the room and Ash ran out.

"Is she full on?" Sophie asked Sonia.

"Why what happened?" asked Sonia, who was in on the prank.

"Oh she's nice. She's just very full on," said Sophie. "She's sweet though, I think she just didn't think before she spoke." When Sonia implied she'd have a word with Ash, Sophie quickly said, "Don't talk to her 'cause that would make it weird for me. Is she like that with other people? 'Cause you get big celebs in."

While it wasn't caught on camera, Sophie did find out that it was a prank eventually.

"I was worried for them because they get big celebrities in there and she acts like that?" Sophie tells 9Honey Celebrity, laughing. "I was like 'F--- she's going to be horrible to work with. She should never be around celebrities!' And then they said it was a prank, and I was like 'Oh, I should have known!' Jackie and I play pranks on each other all the time and she's so funny!"
