Ryan Reynolds rips Australia in hilarious Eurovision message

Ryan Reynolds, or should we say, Deadpool, has a bone to pick with Eurovision.

The Canadian actor suited up as his on-screen alter ego and shared a hilarious spoof clip to Twitter on May 9, where he slammed the international song competition for conspicuously leaving out his home country of Canada.

Pleading his case, Deadpool rattled off Canadian stars including Justin Bieber and Michael Buble, who should have made Canada a shoo-in, the anti-hero claimed.

"Our generous gift of Celine Dion alone should earn us an invite," the foul-mouthed Merc argued. "You've awakened a sleeping moose, Europe."

But his rant wasn't finished until he folded Australia into the mix.

"Don't give me that crap about Canada not being part of the European family. You let in Australia and they're barely on the planet," the 41-year-old actor joked.

OUCH.

Let's just hope Reynolds changes his tune once Deadpool 2 opens in Australian cinemas on May 16.
