Without a baby name, we were starting to think (hope) the Ryan Gosling bub news was a lie.
But according to a birth certificate obtained by TMZ, his one-month-old baby girl with Eva Mendes has a name… and it's Esmeralda Amada Gosling!
If you're wondering where the loved-up pair got inspiration for that tongue twister, keep in mind that Eva played a racy character called Amada in her 2007 movie We Own The Night... which also means 'beloved' in Spanish.
And while we should be cooing over the name news, we're still coming to terms with the 33-year-old's newfound DILF status, with girlfriend Eva giving birth to their first daughter on September 12.
The new parents have kept a low profile since Esmeralda was born, with sources telling US Weekly that the tiny tot is already daddy's little princess.
"Ryan is thrilled to have a little girl," they told the mag. "He hasn’t left Eva's side since the baby arrived."
And because he is the most perfect man in all the land, an E! News insider has also revealed he's a "hands-on dad". Of course he is.
"He changes diapers and rocks her to sleep," they added. "They gave her her first bath together and videotaped the whole thing." Cover your ears Rachel McAdams...
