Roxy Jacenko has a huge, upgraded engagement ring from Oliver Curtis

If you thought Roxy Jacenko's first engagement ring was a sight, wait until you see her new one.

After her surprise second proposal from Oliver Curtis on Friday night, Roxy, 37, is now wearing a diamond on her finger worth double what her beau originally proposed with seven years ago.

The ring Oliver, 31, gave Roxy on Friday night, is believed to be worth up to $450,000 and was crafted by Roxy's long time friend Nicholas Haywood, according to the Daily Mail.

Karen Lindley, a member of the National Council of Jewellery Valuers, told the publication that the new ring could be "5-6 carats" for the round centre stone, which is framed by a diamond halo and cut claw diamond band.

The ring Oliver originally presented Roxy in 2010 - also a Haywood design - had an estimated worth of $200,000.

On Saturday evening, Roxy shared that her husband of five years - who completed his sentence for insider trading last month - had proposed a second time the night before.

Posting to Instagram a photo from inside a room at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, huge gold balloon letters spelled out "MARRY ME? AGAIN."

The photo showed the room decorated with flowers, candles, two bottles of bubbles, and champagne glasses.

"When you smell like a rotten egg from cleaning your building facade all day and open a door to…" she captioned the image - referring to the fact her Paddington office had been vandalised the day before.

Earlier that evening, Oliver had outlined simple instructions in a note given to Roxy - who believed she was on a girls' night out with her Sweaty Betty colleagues.

"Turn left and head to the elevators. Take the key and swipe the lift to level 34. Go to room 3403 and open the door," the instructions read.

While the PR queen hasn't officially confirmed it's a yes, if her Instagram is anything to go by (and the fact she's sporting the ring everywhere she goes) there will be wedding bells in the future.

On Sunday, Roxy shared the first photo of her and Oliver since before his incarceration. She captioned the image, which showed a shirtless Oliver standing next to her, "Some things never change. I work. He flexes."
