The Bachelor's Richie Strahan still hasn't met Alex Nation's son Elijah: 'We're taking it very, very slow'
They may be head over heels, but Bachelor lovebirds Richie Strahan and Alex Nation tell TheFIX they're still intent on taking things extra slow when it comes to Alex's five-year-old son Elijah.
"He doesn't quite understand it all, but he's been amazing," Alex told TheFIX's Adam Bub during our exclusive chat at the Melbourne Cup. "They still haven't met. We're taking it very, very slow."
Richie, 31, and Alex, 25, paired off when The Bachelor taped its series finale in June, but they waited with bated breath like the rest of Australia as Georgia Love chose her man on this season of The Bachelorette.
"I think Matty J is a wonderful guy, and I think Lee is a wonderful guy," Alex told TheFIX. "And I think at the end of the day, Georgia needs to pick the right man for her. You can't fight love."
And then Richie planted a big, fat smackeroo on Alex's cheek.
Ah, young Bachelor love.
