Actress Olivia Munn faces wrongful-death lawsuit after worker falls at LA home
Actress Olivia Munn is reportedly facing a wrongful death lawsuit after a worker was killed at her Los Angeles home earlier this year.
According to TMZ, the 41-year-old was served with the lawsuit over the weekend pertaining to the death of Celso Merida, a worker who Munn's mother had hired to fix the roof of her home back in May.
However, after four days on the job, Merida reportedly fell from the roof and suffered a host of injuries.

According to TMZ, Merida's family filed the suit which alleges he died weeks later due to "blunt force traumatic injuries" following the accident.
The documents state Munn and her mum hired an unlicensed contractor, who then hired Merida. But Merida's family claim Olivia and her mother were negligent to use the services of an unlicensed contractor in the first place.
The late man's family also claim mother and daughter instructed him to work on the roof, although the necessary safety gears and fall protection guards were allegedly not in place. The family claim this was an unreasonable risk of injury, TMZ reported.

Munn is currently expecting her first child with her comedian boyfriend, John Mulaney.
The actress told Access Daily recently she's "feeling really good and just the outpouring of love and support has been really amazing" since they announced the pregnancy in September.

"There has been a really big mum tribe that comes up... I've heard about it, but they really come up in full force," she gushed.
Munn and Mulaney began dating in May this year, days after the news broke he had split from wife Anna Marie Tendler.
