Miranda Kerr opens up about 'very close' relationship with ex-husband Orlando Bloom
Miranda Kerr has opened up about her close relationship with her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom.
Speaking on InStyle's podcast Ladies First With Laura Brown, the 38-year-old Aussie model said she was thankful she gets along amicably with her ex and his fiancé Katy Perry.
Not only that, but Kerr's husband, Snapchat co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel, has also become good friends with Bloom.

"It's incredible that [Orlando and I] have been able to find other partners who work really well with us," Kerr told host Laura Brown, who is the editor-in-chief of the magazine.
"Evan and Orlando really get along just as well as Katy and I, so it's such a blessing, and it doesn't need to be any other way. It can be harmonious and you can be super kind."

In the interview, Kerr also recalled the time she first met Perry in 2016 when the pop star started dating Bloom. Perry and the actor got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019 and welcomed their first child together, Daisy, in August 2020.

"We just clicked instantly so easily, like we had been friends before or something," said Kerr, who shares 10-year-old son Flynn with the actor. "From day one, when Orlando and I separated, we have been very close, really good friends. I always have wanted the best for him, and he's always wanted the best for me."

Kerr also shares two sons with Spiegel — Hart, three, and Myles, one — with family and motherhood now her focus instead of modelling.
"I started to prioritise my time more and think to myself, 'Actually I don't need to be doing all of these jobs,'" she said. "I don't need to say yes to everything. It seems like my career's in a good place, and I can be a little more selective about what I do and don't do."
