Brown appeared to hint at her growing family in a September 7 Instagram post from a family holiday in Italy’s Dolomites.
In a seconds-long clip, she is seen holding a baby while Bongiovi also has a baby carrier strapped to him.
No further details about the baby’s name or gender have been revealed.
The adoption comes a year after Brown and Bongiovi announced they had welcomed their first child, when they announced “and then there were three”.
“This summer, we welcomed our sweet girl through adoption,” the couple shared in an August 2025 statement.
“We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.”
In June, Brown told host Kylie Kelce on the Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce podcast she had “always” wanted to adopt.
“It was part of my childhood dreams,” she said.
“Every time I was at home and I was five or six years old, my parents were like, ‘You had your baby dolls.’ They were all adopted.
“I never had any of them myself. And I never pretended I was pregnant.”

Brown revealed she became even more passionate after learning more about adoption during social work courses she studied before transferring to veterinary science.
“It’s not because I don’t want [to give birth]. Hopefully one day that’s in my future, but for me, adoption was always a part of my future,” she said.
“Adoption is love. Adoption is forever.”
Brown and Bongiovi married in a private ceremony in May 2024 after three years of dating.
