'At the height of his career, I was like, 'Ugh…': Mila Kunis' 'friendship break-ups' with Ashton Kutcher

You've got to love Mila Kunis. She's one of those rare breeds of modern celebrity that keeps her private life, well, private. (She doesn't use social media, keeps her daughter Wyatt out of the spotlight, and we didn't even find out she was married until almost a year after the event.)

But when Mila does decide to offer up a personal tidbit, it's a gem.

Despite having been friends for many years before finally getting together, Mila says she went through a period of hating her now-husband Ashton Kutcher.

Speaking to Glamour, the 32-year-old spilled all about their "friendship break-ups".

"There's nothing we don't know about each other because we've known each other for so long: the ugly, the bad, the good. We went through a period where I thought he was crazy. At the height of his career, I was like, 'Ugh, I don't like you. I don't even know you anymore. You think you're such hot s---.'"

Luckily for the pair – who are expecting their second child together later this year – Mila reveals that their "break-ups" are short-lived.

"And then we'd get back together and be like, 'Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to overreact. That's OK,' all the time. It truly is being married to your best friend. That's a cliché; it's cheesy. But it's true."
