Michelle Branch reveals she regrets tweet accusing husband Patrick Carney of cheating
Grammy-winner Michelle Branch has admitted she regrets accusing her husband Patrick Carney of cheating on Twitter.
"I definitely shouldn't have taken to Twitter to say anything," the singer told People.
"Here I am saying, 'Please respect our privacy,' but I'm the one who said it to the world."

Carney made the tweet – which has since been deleted – just after breaking the news of her and Carney's split.
Branch and Carney were married to other people when they met at a 2015 Grammy Awards party, but quickly got together in 2017 after their relationships came to an end.
The pair got married in 2019 but planned to divorce in August this year – until they put it on pause.
The pair's sudden separation came after they welcomed their second child in February, a daughter named Willie Jacquet.
Shortly after announcing their split, Branch was arrested over a domestic dispute incident Nashville police at the time.
Branch was reportedly alleged to have slapped Carney in the face "one to two times". The charges against her have now been dropped.

As well as their newborn daughter, the couple share son Rhys James, two, and Branch shares daughter Owen Isabelle, 16, with her ex-husband Teddy Landau.
The couple proved to be doing well over the last two years at least, with Carney even co-producing the Everywhere singer's fourth studio album The Trouble With Fever.
The new album comes out this week.
