Megan Fox lashes out at ex Brian Austin Green for sharing photos of their kids on Instagram

It seems Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's split just went from amicable to acrimonious. 

In a rare Instagram tirade, the 34-year-old actress lashed out at her estranged husband for constantly featuring their three sons on social media.

Fox was triggered after the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star posted a Halloween photo to Instagram the weekend.

In the since-deleted image obtained by TMZ, the 47-year-old actor poses in a Yeti costume while the couple's youngest son, four-year-old Journey, lingers in the background wearing a Spider-Man outfit. The couple also share sons Noah, eight, and Bodhi, six. 

"Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It's not hard to crop them out. or choose photos that they aren't in," Fox wrote in the comments section. "I had a great Halloween with them yesterday and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. 

"I know you love your kids. But I don't know why you can't stop using them to posture via Instagram. You're so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I'm an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time. Congratulations, you truly are a remarkable human! Why do you need the Internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?"

After Fox's comments, Green swiftly deleted the image from Instagram and replaced it with a cropped version of the photo, this time without Journey in the background.

Practising what she preaches, Fox refrained from sharing photos of their sons during separate Halloween festivities on Saturday night.

The actress — who is currently dating her Midnight in the Switchgrass co-star Machine Gun Kelly — posted a series of images of her friends and herself wearing a wizard costume, but she did not post one photo of her kids. 

"Really nailing this sl--ty Halloween thing," she joked in her caption.

This isn't the first time Green would have likely annoyed his ex, who he married back in 2010. The actor — who confirmed their December 2019 split on his podcast ...With Brain Austin Green earlier this year — also trolled Fox after she posted a selfie with new boyfriend Kelly, 30.

"Achingly Beautiful Boy… My heart is yours," she captioned the photo, to which Green hit back by posting a photo of the couple's children with the caption, "Achingly beautiful boys...... My heart is yours."
