Yowser! Kylie Jenner is in a bit of trouble after a video of her tattooing her initials on the hand of Nicole Richie’s 19-year-old half-brother Miles has surfaced. Check it out above.

TMZ say Kylie, 16, “wanted to help out” with the tattoo, being guided by ink artist John Petro, famous for tattooing a string of celebs, including Lil Wayne and Soulja Boy.

But hold up! It perhaps slipped Petro’s mind that it’s illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to perform a tat. The punishment? A $US1000 fine.

Considering the teen is worth millions, we’re not sure it’s really going to hurt so much. We’re guessing the harsh words of momager Kris Jenner will be the real punishment.

But it’s another tell-tale sign that Kylie is stepping away from the well-polished star persona the Kardashians like to rock.

In recent months, her style is more grunge, she’s cut off the long hair extensions loved by the whole K-clan and is often seen partying with bad boys like Justin Bieber.

Yep, we’re calling it, Kylie is the new teen star rebel.
