'Irretrievably broken': Kroy Biermann files for divorce from Kim Zolciak-Biermann for a second time - one month after reuniting

Kroy Biermann has reportedly filed for divorce from his Real Housewives of Atlanta star wife Kim Zolciak-Biermann for a second time.

According to US Weekly, the NFL star, 37, filed documents on August 24 and described their relationship as 'irretrievably broken'.

He reportedly first filed for divorce from his wife in May, but the pair called off their divorce in July after reuniting.

The publication reports that with the new filing, Kroy has requested 'exclusive use' of their Atlanta home, plus 'full legal and physical custody of their four minor children, as well as alimony and child support.'

An insider previously told the publication the pair had been suffering 'financial issues' before their first split.

The pair married at their home in Georgia, USA in 2011, after two years of dating.

The couple share four kids, sons Kroy "KJ" Jr., 11, and Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine.

The reality star also has two children from a previous marriage.

Kroy and Kim were the star's of 2012 reality show Don't Be Tardy, which followed their journey planning and hosting their dream wedding.

The show was such a hit that it was renewed, and ran between 2012 and 2020, chronicling their lives as a married couple and a growing family.

Kim is set to return for the current season 15 of RHOA, which she previously starred on for four years from 2008.
