Katie Holmes confirms she is dating musician Bobby Wooten III

It looks like Katie Holmes has a brand new beau after she was pictured with musician Bobby Wooten III.

The romance between the Dawson's Creek actress and the Grammy-nominated composer was confirmed in a slew of steamy photos published in People magazine.

Holmes, 43, and 33-year-old Wooten were captured looking loved up as they shared a kiss on Thursday in New York's Central Park.

More photos showed the muso sharing a hug with Holmes' mother, proving the relationship is in it's serious stages.

People reported that they eventually made their way down to famous New York tourist destination, the Guggenheim Museum.

Wooten, a Grammy nominated composer, is perhaps best know for his role as bassist in David Byrne's 'American Utopia.'

This is the first public relationship for Holmes since she split from chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. in May 2021 after about eight months of dating.

The pair reportedly struggled to keep their relationship alive due to their busy careers, but a rep for Holmes said there was no bad blood between them.

"Katie has a lot of big priorities in her life — she's a single mum, her daughter [Suri] always comes first and things were moving very fast," a source told Page Six at the time.

The actress previously dated Jamie Foxx, but they called off their private romance back in August 2019 after six years together.

Holmes shares daughter Suri with ex-husband Tom Cruise, to whom she was married from 2006 to 2012.
