Joe Jonas recalls the moment a stranger told him he looks 'crazy' in person

Joe Jonas recently took to TikTok to share the awkward encounter he had with a stranger while shopping at a pharmacy.

The viral moment has amassed over a million views, with the Jonas Brother explaining how a security guard told him he looks "crazy" in person.

"I just walked into CVS and the security guy goes, 'Oh! Joe Jonas?'" the singer re-enacts. "And I said, 'Hey man, what's going on?' and I shook his hand and he goes, 'Man, you look crazy in person.'"

Fans were quick to comment their input on the story, with most agreeing the security guard was probably a little starstruck.

"He probably meant it's crazy to see you in person, and that's how it came out," one person said.

The singer, 34, ends the video asking viewers, "I don't know, is that a compliment?"

On September 6, the couple took to Instagram with a statement reading: "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage."

In a joint statement written to E! News last month, the two said, "After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the U.K.," explaining, "We look forward to being great co-parents."
