Jen received $250,000 and travelled the world as Miss Universe. She signed as the face of Myer in 2007 and has since grown her business empire to include swimwear range Cozi and tanning line JBronze, as well as building a multimillion-dollar property portfolio.
She's also kind of a big deal on TV thanks to her hosting gig on Australia's Next Top Model. No signs of slowing down for our Jen!
