Is Miley Cyrus having a secret relationship with ex Liam Hemsworth?

Patrick Schwarzenegger might want to consider upping his game in his courtship of Miley Cyrus.

According to In Touch magazine, Miley, 22, is still hung up on her ex Liam Hemsworth, 24, and the two have been secretly connecting behind Patrick's back.

"They text constantly and even talk on the phone when she's not paranoid Patrick will catch her," said an insider. "She's also been sending Liam long flirtatious emails reminiscing about their time together."

The source added that Liam recently visited Miley at her home in L.A. and "the passion was still there".

Wonder what Patrick, 21, would have to say about that. For now, Miley's ex is far away in Australia, but even on the other side of the world, he's not out of the picture.

"She can't wait to see him when he returns," the source said. "If he wanted to get back together, she would dump Patrick in a heartbeat."

If this is true, someone's going to have his work cut out for him in 2015.
