April 2006
After the success of The Veronicas' debut album The Secret Life Of... in 2005, Bindi's dad, Steve Irwin, handpicks the Brisbane-based twins to be global ambassadors for Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors, a conservation organisation established by Steve and Terri Irwin in 2002.
July 2006
That July, Steve and the twins meet for the first time for a photoshoot and a sit-down interview with OK! at the Irwins' Australia Zoo (located about an hour's drive from Brisbane).
"We met his kids and his wife and they're all really funny, they make everyone feel really comfortable," Lisa gushed in the interview. "His little girl Bindi is a little star."
"Yeah, she's gorgeous!" Jess piped in.
"That's what was so fun about this shoot," added Steve. "I got to take photos with the hottest chicks on the face of the earth – The Veronicas and my daughter!"
July 2007
Bindi holds her ninth birthday party at Australia Zoo, and Jess and Lisa put on a rock concert for her and her 5,000 guests.
The twins even gift her with an electric guitar signed, "With love, The Veronicas, Lisa and Jess '07."

How's this for a coincidence?! Last October, Bindi, The Veronicas, and Jess' girlfriend model Ruby Rose made 8th, 9th, and 10th (respectively) in Maxim's Hot 100 2016 list!
