The world is still heartbroken over Heath Ledger's sudden 2008 death from prescription drug overdose, and his family, understandably, are still feeling the pain.
Heath's father Kim has spoken out about the shattering impact that the loss of his son has had on their family ahead of International Overdose Awareness Day is on Monday.

The Aussie actor was 28 when he died. He left behind a daughter, Matilda Rose (now nine) to Michelle Williams.
He also left behind a unique talent that Kim says "pales in significance" now that he is no longer alive.
