Halle Berry shuts down pregnancy rumours in the best way

Halle Berry is not pregnant. She just, like us, really enjoys a good meal!

The 50-year-old attended the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles on Sunday and was photographed wearing a stunning sequined silver Gosia Baczynska gown, while cradling her stomach.

The photos immediately sparked speculation the actress was pregnant with her third child, before the rumours were swiftly shut down by a member of her team.

"It is absolutely not true. She is not pregnant,” the actress’ rep told Us Weekly.

Halle then hilariously took to Twitter to share a photo of herself along with asking the tongue-in-cheek question, "Can a girl have some steak and fries??" alongside an eye roll emoji.

The X-Men star is already mum to three-year-old son Maceo Martinez with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez and nine-year-old daughter Nahla Aubry with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

In 2014 the actress revealed that her second pregnancy to Maceo was a "miracle".

The actress said back in 2014 that it was a "miracle" to get pregnant with her second child, Maceo.

"I didn't think it was possible at my age," Halle said in an interview on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "They call it a 'geriatric pregnancy. I was, you know, on my way -- this is probably way TMI -- but I was kind of premenopausal. So to have this happen was huge."

The Oscar-winning actress is currently promoting her next film, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, which will hit cinemas in Australia on September 28.

Halle stars as Ginger, a tech wiz, alongside a star cast including Taron Egerton, Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, Channing Tatum, and Mark Strong.
