Gabi Grecko says she has lost her baby after fall: 'Pray for what's been lost'

Gabi Grecko has told her Instagram followers she had a miscarriage after falling in her and husband Geoffrey Edelsten's Melbourne apartment last week.

The 26-year-old model wrote an emotional note on Instagram early on Wednesday morning, captioned: "Please be respectful (Told my parents yesterday)."

Gabi, who announced she was five weeks' pregnant on June 14, removed the note around four hours after it was posted.

She also removed an image of an angel with the caption: "I've created an angel".

However, she left up a video message thanking her fans for their support (watch above).

Not all of Gabi's followers were behind her, though. One user suggested Gabi wasn't really pregnant, which Gabi called "sickening".

Earlier this week, Gabi denied claims her pregnancy and fall were a publicity stunt.

She told Sydney Confidential: "I would never do this for a stunt. I think that's a horrible thing to say. I've been putting off talking to the specialists but I think Geoff knows."

She added that her fall was caused by pain medication she was taking for endometriosis, a condition affecting the reproductive organs.
