Dismissed! Kylie Minogue helps a woman dump a desperate suitor on TV

Kylie Minogue once named an album Aphrodite after the Greek Goddess of Love, but it turns out she's just as effective working for the other side.

The 46-year-old singer made a guest appearance on The Graham Norton Show and ended up having to help decide the fate of a could-be couple.

A woman in the audience had broken a date with a guy in order to see Kylie on the chat fest. (And who can blame her?) Adding insult to blow off, it was the second date she'd cancelled with him!

Things got really awkward when he made a surprise appearance, and Kylie had to make the final ruling. Watch the clip above to see how it went for the poor lovesick fool.

Personally, we think he made Kylie's 'Can't Get You Out of My Head' sound like an anthem of romantic indifference. Persistence is cool, but stalking someone on a talk show is never a good look.
