Erin Molan confirms engagement to Sean Ogilvy, shows off massive ring: Watch!

Erin Molan is heading down the aisle!

The Channel Nine presenter broke the news that she's set to wed policeman boyfriend Sean Ogilvy on Thursday's episode of The Footy Show.

Erin, 33, held up her left hand to reveal a gorgeous oval-cut diamond ring. As she made the announcement, to her surprise, confetti shot out onto the set, all to the cheers of the studio audience.

"It happened last Sunday morning and it was really special and I'm just really excited that now I can just let myself go," she joked with her co-hosts. "I don't have to try anymore, I'm not shaving my legs."

Asked whether she and Sean, 41, have locked down their wedding plans yet, she playfully mused that there's nothing concrete just yet, but that she has done some early leg work.

"I had checked out some venues about three hours after he proposed, and about six months before he proposed I booked in some things," she said. "But no, we'll take a view and celebrate this."

She continued that their nuptials will likely be "an intimate, small family affair".
