English actress and model Hurley shared a photo of the pair together, with American singer Cyrus wearing bunny ears, captioning it: "Happy Easter ♥️."
The romance comes after it was reported last year that Billy Ray, who has an estimated net worth of $16 million, had filed for divorce after just seven months of marriage to Aussie singer Firerose.
