Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are 'concerned' for son Presley

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are reportedly feeling "concerned" for son Presley Gerber.

Insiders close to the family have alleged that they are seeking help for the 20-year-old since he debuted a face tattoo with the word "misunderstood" on his cheek.

"Cindy and Rande are definitely concerned about their son. They truly want to make sure he is OK," a source told E! News on February 20.

The source added that his parents have "been trying to get Presley help since his DUI last year."

"He has just fallen off the beaten path. He has been in treatment before but they are pushing for something more serious," the insider said. "They want to make sure he's in a good mental state and are closely watching him."

Another source told US Weekly on February 19 that his parents are "beside themselves" in light of Presley's recent behaviour and "seeking a therapist's help."

"He's been sent to a rehab-like program in the past," the insider told the outlet exclusively. "Presley's hanging out with a group of people who've been negatively impacting him."

Soon after Gerber shared a video and photos of himself getting the tattoo on February 8, he received a wave of backlash from disapproving followers.

Gerber hit back at criticism he'd copped from fans and addressed haters with an Instagram live video, saying, "If I thought this was going to ruin my face or I didn't want this, I wouldn't have done it."

Presley proceeded to tell followers if they have: "s--- to say to me about this or anything else and my family or how I grew up or anything, I will give you my address, I promise, and you can come say it to my face."
