Athleticism clearly runs in the family! And it certainly make sense when your dad's a Marvel superhero.

On Wednesday, proud papa Chris Hemsworth took to Instagram to share clips of his young children absolutely crushing their surf lesson.

In one video, the Thor: Ragnarok star effortlessly carves a wave as his five-year-old daughter India Rose bravely rides on his back.

"Day two with my surf coach, she’s like a little angel on my shoulder constantly feeding me knowledge and inspiration and occasionally heavy-handed criticism that borders on abuse but I know it’s for my own good (joke) Thank you coach Indi you're the greatest, love u. #familysurftrip," he captioned the video.

In another, he is seen steadying the surfboard for one of his three-year-old twin sons before giving it a tiny push onto a small wave. Like a natural, the child pops up onto the board from his stomach in perfect stance and rides the wave back onto shore.

Hemsworth, who shares sons Tristan and Sasha and daughter India Rose with wife Elsa Pataky, captioned the sweet clip: "This sport’s too easy dad. I’m just gonna take this one into the beach, peace."

It's not the first time the Melbourne native has opened up about his son's fearless spirit, which sometimes lands him into trouble! In a January interview with Jimmy Kimmel, Hemsworth, 34, revealed that one of his boys fractured his femur while riding on a golf cart with his siblings on the set of Avengers: Infinity War.

"My son is sitting in the backseat. All of a sudden, as they’re driving along, he just leaps out the side of the golf cart, while it’s moving," he recalled. "He’s half crying and sulking, but more embarrassed that he didn’t stick the landing."

"[My wife] said, ‘I got to take him to the doctor.' The set nurse has a look and says, ‘Look, it’s not broken, he’s fine, he’s not even crying, but take him anyway,'" he continued, calling his adventurous boy "a beefy little kid."

Upon seeing the child's X-rays, Hemsworth recalled the doctor exclaiming, "'Oh my God, it’s a really bad fracture through his femur and is close to breaking all the way through!'"

But four weeks later, when his cast was off, the little one was back to his old self.

"A day or two later, I’m cooking dinner and he’s standing over on the bench top and he’s like, ‘Papa!’ and I’m like, ‘Yeah?’ and he’s like, ‘Look, my leg’s better!’" Hemsworth said.

"I’m like, ‘No!’ He leaps off the bench — perfect landing," he joked.

Soon after, Hemsworth shared an Instagram video of the same son scaling the family's refrigerator, attempting to reach some sweets.

"My son found out where the chocolate is kept. Must find a new hiding place," Hemsworth captioned the video. "He’s 3. #tarzanrules."

"Nothing stops him," he told Kimmel, playfully telling the host that his other son is "much smarter, but doesn’t quite have the athletic ability" as his twin brother.

"When he runs, it’s like Usain Bolt. When his brother runs, it’s like he’s got flippers on. It’s so cute. They’ll be the unstoppable pair."
