Bruce Willis' five kids: What are they up to now?

Bruce Willis may be an action star on the big screen, but behind closed doors he is just dad to five beautiful daughters. 

The actor shares three children with his ex-wife, actress Demi Moore, and two daughters with his now-wife, model Emma Heming. And if there's one thing the Willis clan do right, it's co-parenting.

The blended family has always presented a united front and more so on March 31 when they announced that the actor was retiring from acting after being diagnosed with aphasia, a language disorder caused by brain damage that affects a person's ability to communicate.

Here are all of Willis' children, who have his back in sickness and in health.

Rumer Willis

Rumer Willis is Bruce's eldest daughter and firstborn child, who he welcomed with then-wife Demi Moore on August 16, 1988.

The 33-year-old has since followed in the footsteps of her famous parents, starring in a host of Hollywood films including House Bunny, Sorority Row and, more recently, Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood.

It's worth noting that Rumer made her acting debut at age six, starring alongside her mum in the 1995 coming-of-age film, Now and Then. The following year, she played Demi's onscreen daughter in the controversial movie Striptease.  

Rumer, now 33, has also worked alongside her father in three of his many films: The Whole Nine Yards, Hostage and Air Strike.

The talented star has also tried her hand at musical theatre — she made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago in 2015.

But when she's not on the stage or screen, Rumer loves to spend time with all her sisters.

"The 4 most important beings on this planet and in any year from now to eternity,"  Rumer once captioned an Instagram photo featuring all her four siblings.

"Thank you for making every day better. For the tears, the belly hurting laughter, the inside jokes, cuddles, Netflix binges, secret language, surprise sleepovers, pushing me to grow, sharing clothes and for all that is to come," she added.

"You are my best friends for life. You make me a better version of myself every day and I am so excited to embark on another year with you. I couldn't ask for more magical and special souls to do life with. I love you all with every fiber of my being and will be there to protect you day or night forever. Love, Your Big Sister."

Scout Willis

Scout Willis is Bruce and Demi's middle child, who was born on July 20 1991. 

Like her big sister, Scout has also ventured into acting, featuring in a few of her famous parents' films such as The Scarlet Letter, Bandits, and Breakfast of Champions. 

Tallulah has also made a foray into music. She was once part of the musical duo Gus + Scout with musician Gus Wenner, with the pair releasing an EP in 2012.

Then in 2016, Scout briefly tried her hand at fashion, launching her clothing line, Scout's General. 

Tallulah Willis

Bruce Willis' youngest daughter is Tallulah Willis, with the actor and Demi welcoming her on February 3, 1994.

Like her sisters, Tallulah has featured with either her mum or dad on the big screen in The Scarlet Letter, The Whole Nine Yards, Bandits and The Whole Ten Yards.

But first and foremost, the 27-year-old is a mental health advocate who has bravely and openly shared her battles with depression, body dysmorphia and sobriety but has found a way to work through her struggles by turning to fashion.

In 2020, she launched a clothing brand called Wyllis, which advocates for "connection, advocacy, and inclusion." 

"On some of my lowest days, I would see the impact that putting thought into my outfit would bring," Tallulah told Page Six Style at the time. "Even if it was a cozy day, having that specific sweatpant or special slipper just elevated my mood ever so slightly. If I could bring myself to push past the desire to just ruminate in my pain and throw on a 'look,' I felt more protected going out in the world."

Mabel Willis

Mabel Willis was born on April 1, 2012 and is the eldest daughter of Bruce and his second wife Emma Heming. 

The nine-year-old regularly features on her mum's Instagram account where the family go on plenty of adventures, from ski fields to beach stays and amusement parks to museums. 

"We're just trying to make her laugh all the time," Bruce once gushed to E! News when Mabel was just 10 months old. 

Meanwhile, mum Emma is just as smitten with their super-cute firstborn.

"She is my ray of light who brings so much love and clarity into my world. I'm so grateful that I get to be her mommy, as I'm learning so much from her. What a gift she is," she once gushed on Instagram. 

Evelyn Willis

Evelyn was born on May 5, 2014, and is Bruce's youngest daughter and second child with Emma.

There's nothing Hollywood about this seven-year-old, who is allowed to be a regular kid who enjoys ice-skating, sewing and outdoor adventures. 

His fifth child may have been another girl, but Bruce is proud as punch to be a #girldad. 

'Bruce's response when asked if he'd like to have a son?… 'I'd have 5 more girls right now.' Happy Father's Day to this proud #girldad 💗," Heming said of a photo of her daughters playfully piling on top of their dad and big sister, Rumer.
