Britney Spears gives update on her wellbeing, assures fans she's fine: 'I'm the happiest I've ever been'
After being absent from social media for two weeks, Britney Spears has returned to Instagram.
The pop star, 38, assured her followers that she's "fine" after fans became concerned about her health and wellbeing.
"Hi, so I know that there have been a lot of comments and a lot of people saying a lot of different things about me, but I just want to let you guys know that I am fine," she said in a video posted Monday, November 2. "I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life and I am sending all of you guys a lot of prayers, wishes and a lot of love."

The video comes amid the #FreeBritney movement and two weeks after the 'Circus' singer had a small victory in her conservatorship battle against her father, Jamie Spears. Britney has been allowed to expand her legal team after a petition request was granted.
Jamie had opposed his daughter's petition, citing the cost of adding more lawyers to the legal battle. Britney has been seeking to have Jamie removed from her conservatorship, which has been in effect for 12 years after her very public breakdown in 2008.
The #FreeBritney movement has long argued that the singer is being held captive by the conservatorship, which gives Jamie full control over the 'Toxic' hitmaker's life, including her finances. For a number of years, fans have gathered outside court hearings and cited what they claim are secret calls for help in the singer's social media posts.
