Mariah Carey and James Packer are taking a walk down the aisle, her rep has confirmed.
The pair, who have been friends since 2014 and went public in mid-2015, got engaged on Thursday evening in New York.
"The happy couple did get engaged this evening," Mariah's rep said in a statement.
As for the ring, E! News reports that it is 35 carats of bling. Well, she is engaged to a billionaire.
Engagement rumours swirled around the New Year when Mariah flashed her butterfly ring on her left hand while in Melbourne to perform at James' Crown Casino. See it in the clip below...
This will be the third marriage for both. Mariah, 45, is mum to four-year-old twins with her ex Nick Cannon, while James, 48, has three children with his ex-wife Erica Packer.
