Ben Fordham admits to feeling 'lost and uncertain' amid ongoing COVID-19 lockdown
Ben Fordham has admitted the COVID-19 lockdown in New South Wales is playing havoc with his mental health.
Fordham, 44, said he's been feeling a bit "lost and uncertain" as he navigates the current crisis facing Sydney siders.
"Haven't been on here in a while," Fordham wrote on Instagram, alongside a sweet photo of his kids Freddy, Marigold, and Pearl.

"Been feeling a bit lost and uncertain. Hate the fact that my kids have to deal with the virus and lockdown. But they're funny little freaks and give me so many smiles. Love from us to you."
Earlier this morning, the 2GB host delved into his emotions on air and proceeded to inject some positivity.

"I know how hard it is. I have many days where I think to myself, 'What in the world is going on here?'" Fordham said.
"I've turned a corner in the last couple of weeks. I was so angry and filthy about it. Particularly about my children being kept home from school."

Fordham's remarks come on the heels of NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian announcing an extension of Sydney's lockdown until the end of September. The state recorded 644 cases today, and four deaths.
