'Bachelor in Paradise' star Elora Murger reveals weight loss transformation

Elora Murger has revealed she dropped two sizes after appearing on Matthew 'Matty J' Johnson season of The Bachelor last year.

"I was a size 12 and now I am an 8 in jeans," the 28-year-old told OK magazine.

Murger, who currently stars on Bachelor In Paradise, recently revealed her progress in an Instagram post she shared on March 26.

"Well here I am, 4 kilos down, and a toned belly," she captioned a photo of herself. "Pants dropped to a size small because of my waist. Being mindful of my health has helped me get to where I am today. I feel like a new woman."

In an earlier post, she told her Instagram followers that she trains between two and five times a week.

"Learn how your body works," she wrote. "Everybody has different lifestyles. A page on Instagram cannot define one universal rule. Instead, get inspired. Try everything and see what works for you. I sometimes train 5 times a week, and the next week only 2. I can eat like no other but also forget to make time to eat for the next 15 hours."

In February, the reality star tried whole body cryotherapy as a weight loss method.

"Waiting for my first cryo sesh," Murger wrote on Instagram. "If you can freeze my fat and make it vanish, please cryo do so. "

As well as her Bachelor franchise appearances, Murger works as an F45 fitness trainer - a program which involves high-intensity 45 minute workouts.
