Keira Maguire says Jarrod Woodgate 'ghosted' her: 'He went back to the pub and I never heard from him again'

Keira Maguire and Jarrod Woodgate have been in an on-and-off relationship since getting together on Bachelor in Paradise Australia.

But since breaking up for good in June, Keira has remained relatively tight-lipped about what led to their relationships demise.

Until now.

Speaking to New Idea, Keira has revealed that Jarrod broke up with her after a drunken night out which resulted in him ghosting her.

"He promised me the world, marriage and children and told me he was ready to settle down, but the reality is that wasn't what he wanted at all, he was more interested in going to the pub with his mates," Keira said.

The reality star admitted that she was completely taken aback by Jarrod's reaction and hoped that their relationship would have had a happier ending.

"We broke up on a drunken night out over something silly and that was it," Keira said. 

"He went back to the pub and I never heard from him again. Nothing at all and that was really hard for me. I wanted it to work. I'm a sucker for a fairy-tale ending which is why I went on The Bachelor in the first place.

"Having someone ghost you is probably the hardest break-up to go through. There is no last conversation which means I had no closure. Which I really struggled with."

Keira recently escaped to Bali to clear her head after the split but struggled with the realisation that Jarrod had already moved on with another girl.

She revealed that the boyfriend of the girl that Jarrod was hooking up with had contacted her to break the news.

"Jarrod was photographed with a girl on holiday and it turns out she had a boyfriend, who decided to reach out to me about their affair," Keira claimed. "He sent me all the details of what went down in the bedroom. What they did and how long it lasted. It was too much information. The whole situation has been so hurtful."

Jarrod has already hit back at Keira's claims in the comments section of Who magazine's Instagram post.

Replying to his sister who questioned Keira's "explosive" remarks, Jarrod said, "She never learns!"

Keira told 9Honey Celebrity in January that Jarrod was the one who initiated their reunion after they broke up for the first time in August last year.

"We definitely had a couple of months apart where we weren't interacting or following each other on social media," she said. "But in late December, Jarrod made the first move."
