Khloe Kardashian almost walks out of 'first sexy photoshoot' until Kim steps in

We all saw the results of Khloe Kardashian's Complex editorial back in July but it wasn't so smooth sailing behind-the-scenes.

In a new clip from KUWTK, the 31-year-old says she's not feeling 100 percent body confident as she poses in a bra-top and squirted with water in her "first sexy photoshoot"

Hiding in her changing room, she tells sister Kim that she doesn't want to do the shoot anymore and is having seconds thoughts.

But naturally, Kim, 34, isn't having any of it, saying: "Like in my life I've never seen such a hotter bod."
