Amy Schumer splits with boyfriend Ben Hanisch, and it's a sad day for dreamers everywhere

Amy Schumer and her boyfriend of a year-and-half, Ben Hanisch, have called it quits.
The Snatched star's rep confirmed in a statement to Page Six that "Amy and Ben have ended their relationship after thoughtful consideration and remain friends."
The 35-year-old comedian met the Chicago-based furniture designer through a dating app in November 2015.
They were known for sharing their sweet -- and often hilarious -- photos of each other via social media.

He was frequently by her side for big red carpet events, including a visit to the White House last January, where she openly called him "her man".
Ben last appeared on Amy's Instagram account on May 5 and they were last photographed together publicly back in January. He did not accompany her to the premiere of her latest film, Snatched.
