Alyssa Milano has revealed her son's baseball team reached their fundraising goal - after copping backlash for asking her fans for donations.
The Charmed star shared an update on X, alongside a link to the crowd-funding website, writing: "Thank you to everyone who donated."
''Milo's team's [fundraising page] has reached their goal for #Cooperstown. I so appreciate your donations in the midst of the vitriol."

It comes after the actress defended herself after she asked her fans to donate to the crowdfunding campaign for her son's baseball team.
The actress found herself the centre of backlash after posting a link to X, formerly Twitter, fundraising for her son's baseball team trip.
"My son's baseball team is raising money for their Cooperstown trip. Any amount would be so greatly appreciated," she asked of her fans.

While some complied with a "small but heartfelt contribution," many pointed out that Milano is reported to have a net worth of $US10 million (about $AU15 million) and could pay for the trip with her own funds.
"Imagine being so out of touch that you ask your followers to contribute money to your child's trip when you have a net worth of 10 million dollars. This is gross. Pay for it your own damn self," said one.
"The cost of the trip is .1% of your entire net worth. Just pay for the trip already and stop relying on public donations to do it for you," another added.

After facing backlash for a day, Milano decided to address the issue with another tweet.
"I'm getting media inquiries about whether I have financially contributed to my son's baseball team. I've paid for uniforms for the entire team and coaches, thrown bday parties and sponsor any kid who can't afford monthly dues," she said.
"The kids also do fundraising themselves—car washes, movie nights, and many other fun things! Thank you to all who have contributed... You've made things easier for these boys and their families."
While some fans said she didn't need to explain herself, others said that she missed the point.
A commenter took it upon themselves to explain: "It's not a question of what you have paid for or what you can afford to pay for. It's a question of whether it is appropriate to use your fan base to ask for money for this purpose. Hint: it's not. It crosses a line."
