Man steals his date’s car to take out another woman

Next time you complain about a dud date, comfort yourself by thinking of this story.

Because this one, which comes to you from the US state of Tennessee, is an absolute stinker.

As we read in a report from WREG TV journo Luke Jones, a woman went on a date with a bloke she knew from high school who messaged her out of the blue.

He rocked up at her house without a car, so they hopped in her ride to head out to dinner.

With the man behind the wheel, they ended up at a servo in Memphis’ Airport Area, where he asked the woman to go in to buy him a cigar.

But when she walked back out of the shop, she saw that her date and her car were gone.

Rough.

But the story doesn’t end there.

Old mate in the car shot a text to another woman asking to take her out, ending up at the local drive-in movies.

However, unbeknownst to him, Date Number Two was actually Date Number One’s god sister.

A few texts between the two women and old mate was stung.

Date Number One turned up at the drive in, with the pair calling police officers, who arrested him at the scene.

As far as we know, neither women were keen on moving on to a second date.
