Tobey Maguire selling mansion for a reported $13 million

Tobey Maguire is selling his luxury California home for $13 million - less than a year after buying the property.

The spacious mansion, which he shared with his jewellery designer wife Jennifer Meyer and their children, is on the market for $3 million more than what the couple originally paid.

That's a nice little earner for the "Great Gatsby" star.

The gated property is located in posh Brentwood suburb, which is popular with celebrities.
