Bumblebee stings spider to save kin

A bumblebee trapped in a spider's web was saved by another bumblebee when the rescuer flew in and stung the spider.

London man Keith Adams filmed the scene for his young son and even provided a running commentary.

Mr Adams intended to film the scene to teach his son a hard lesson in life by was shocked when the story took an unexpected turn.

The video show close up how the bee appears to not only swoop in and free its comrade but leave the spider with a parting sting.

Speaking to the camera, Mr Adams assures viewers bumblebees don't die after a sting.
