Is Victoria ‘the sporting state’ or in a ‘state of disrepair’? Your ideas for the new Victorian number plate slogan

Following news that Victorian number plates could be set to change yet again, we have asked 9NEWS viewers to send in their suggestions for the new slogan.

Victorian Labor leader Daniel Andrews has pledged to change the slogan from "Stay Alert, Stay Alive" to "The Education State" if his party is elected on November 29.

Mr Andrews told 9NEWS on Wednesday he wanted to "build the best education system possible in the education state".

But viewers who responded to our call-out dismissed the choice, and have come up with their own ideas for advertising Victoria to the rest of the country.

Most responses related to the cost of living in Victoria, crime and policing, as well as the state's tendency to offer four seasons in one day.
