Man dies after he was hit by a falling object at marina in Rozelle

A man has died following an accident at a marina on Sydney Harbour.

Emergency services were called to Rozelle in the city's inner west at 10.30am.

The worker, 59, is believed to have been hit by an object that fell from a crane.

Paramedics were called but the man died at the scene.

A report is being prepared for the coroner, and the incident has been referred to WorkSafe NSW.
