Woman struck with handgun and robbed while car shopping

Armed robbers have struck a woman in the head with a gun as she shopped for a car in Perth’s south.

The woman and her friend were at the ‘water tank’ carpark on Karnup Road, Baldivis, to meet someone about 4pm on Sunday for a car they were looking to buy from a Facebook ad.

A black Ford Territory arrived and two men got out and began to demand the women hand over their cash.

After a struggle, a woman was struck on the forehead with the gun while the other woman got onto the road to stop a vehicle nearby to ask for help.

The men left the area in the Ford Territory.

The male driver, known as ‘Pablo’, is described as being aged between 23-29-years old, 173cm tall with a medium build and has shaved black hair and tanned skin. He was wearing sunglasses, a grey t-shirt and dark pants.

The passenger is described as male, 23-29-years old, 165cm tall, blonde shaved haircut. He has a solid build, and was wearing shorts, a black t-shirt and thick black sunglasses.
