Woman, 80, dies after being hit by car in Sydney
A woman has died after she was hit by a car in western Sydney overnight.
At about 8.30pm yesterday, emergency services were called to Durham Street in Mount Druitt.
Police found an 80-year-old woman had been hit by a car.

She was treated at the scene before she was taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.
She died a short time later.
The driver, a 27-year-old man, was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
An investigation into the crash is underway and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
