Woman dies after car crashes into tree on Old Hume Highway near Mittagong

A woman has died and her male passenger has been airlifted to hospital after she drove into a tree on the Old Hume Highway in NSW.
Police said the woman died at the scene of the crash, in Braemar, near Mittagong in the early hours of Saturday morning, while the man was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
