Woman dead after car rolls down driveway

An elderly Adelaide woman has died after her car rolled down a driveway and hit her.

Police said the 82-year-old woman had parked her car in the driveway of a house in Wilkins Court at Wynn Vale, when it rolled back onto her at about 9.30am (CDT) on Monday.

After rolling over the woman, the car travelled across the road and crashed into a neighbouring property.

The woman died at the scene.
