A domestic violence victim whose ribs were broken by her husband has criticised his six-month prison sentence.

In an exclusive 9NEWS interview, Anna Barber said she is scared her husband Comanchero bikie Daniel Barber will find her when he is released in four months.

"He’s going to come and find me and try and kill me," she said.

"He finds me [and] the judge can have my blood on their hands."

Barber faced 11 charges, including recklessly causing injury, which carried a maximum term of five years in jail.

But he had his sentence slashed after admitting to hitting his wife of nine years.

Ms Barber said her husband bashed her after wrongly accusing her of cheating.

"He broke my ribs. I had bruises to more than 50 percent of my body," she said.

She told 9NEWS her husband had "threatened to kill" her family.

"He always said if I ever got an intervention order he would use it to wipe my blood with," she said.

Ms Barber has urged other domestic violence victims to speak up.
