Will Smith continues his café tour of Australia

Hollywood actor Will Smith has continued his cafe tour of Australia by suggesting on social media that Australia should transition from referring to Long Blacks, as we know them, in honour of him.

Smith's promotional tour of Australia for his Netflix film Bright, which co-stars local actor Joel Edgerton, has been so prolific on Instagram that it might as well have been sponsored by a tourism body.

It started in Sydney more than two weeks ago when he posted a selfie of himself in front of the Harbour Bridge and claimed the green pea pancake at Bondi's Porch and Parlour "broke" him.

Having previously popped up at the Australian Open in Melbourne, it was to be expected that Smith would sample the highly-acclaimed brunch scene of Melbourne's laneways after having heaped such praise on Sydney's brunch culture.

This morning, Smith sprung up at Cumulus Restaurant in Flinders Lane where he confirmed his confliction in ordering his "regular coffee".

"Rather than just a Long Black, you could call it a Big Willy," he said, as a Cumulus staff member giggled in the background.

"It's just easier in America," he added, after fellow coffee drinkers shared their orders with him.

During his trip to Australia, the 49-year-old action film actor has conducted only one interview to promote his Netflix film.

Despite being panned by critics, Netflix has green-lit a sequel.
